UNILAB RECIEVED A GOLD AWARD FOR QUALITY

It is with extreme pleasure we would like to inform you that UNILAB has  received the International  Quality Summit (IQS) Award in New York on the 25th of May 2015.

The decision to present us with this award was a result of research and analysis carried out through Quality Hunters worldwide , leaders, entrepreneurs and experts in quality, directed by Business Initiative Directions(B.I.D.) to recognize the contribution of UNILAB in terms of Leadership, Quality and Excellence.

The Directors of UNILAB Pavlina Lena and Mariella Kasapi  attended the convention where they  accepted the:

in the presence of the diplomatic corps and international businessmen, professionals in economy and the arts, members of the press and experts in public relations and television.

Accepting these 2015 awards in recognition of their commitment to quality were companies from 53 countries from all fields of business, services and industry. Over the last 28 years these awards are presented by B.I.D, which is considered to be the most important private organization in this field, through a process of selection by representatives from 178 countries to companies, irrespective of their size or turnovers (amongst them some colossal multimillion holdings) as icons of commitment to leadership, technology and innovation, making them models for others in their sectors.

UNILAB has always been committed to the implementation of the Quality Management system as per the International Standards: ISO 15189:2012   & ISO 17025:2005

UNILAB was the first clinical laboratory to be accredited 15 years ago and is to date the only laboratory to hold the accreditation in both the clinical diagnostic sector and the non clinical sector for the microbiology of food and water.

Our efforts to maintain high quality standards through extremely hard work, are sealed with this International recognition, giving us strength to continue in the future.
